Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Leesburg, FL is seeking a qualified professional to conduct crisis assessments, determine care levels, and implement stabilization plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver crisis intervention and counseling, while ensuring documentation accuracy and coordination with external services.

The role requires a BA in human services and at least 2 years of behavioral healthcare experience, with strong calmness under pressure and proficient use
