Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Emergency Evaluator to conduct thorough crisis assessments and support stabilization efforts for clients in acute distress.

Candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document findings in our EHR system, and ensure ethical, compliant care while maintaining confidentiality. Shift flexibility, including nights and weekends, is required to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or emergency evaluation settings.
• Experience in crisis intervention within healthcare or community service.
• Proven track record of assessments and developing intervention plans for individuals in crisis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive crisis evaluations to determine the nature and severity of behavioral health needs.

Job Purpose:- The BA Emergency Evaluator responsible for conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
