Tuma Agencies is seeking Outside Territory Sales Managers to drive B2B growth across IA, IL, WI, and MN. The role offers a high income ceiling and rapid advancement after mastering the sales system.

Training is provided through an intensive Sales Academy, with field coaching from senior agents and performance-based progression into leadership roles. Expect an average first-year income around $75,000, with potential to exceed $100,000+.

Formación

• Previous sales experience is preferred but our training program supports the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and apply our proven sales system during training and in the field.
• Present and sell products to new individuals and groups.
• Prospect and engage potential customers.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of developments.
• Build a self-sustaining referral network using our system.
