Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering industry and marketing events, preferably in B2B.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and project-management skills.
• Motivated self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Proven track record of leading several events end-to-end.
• Familiarity with SFDC and event management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage the overall event strategy end-to-end.
• Develop strategies to maximize brand presence and generate pipeline and revenue.
• Lead pre-, onsite, and post-event initiatives including promotion, logistics, and ROI measurement.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and manage deadlines.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and budgets.
• Coordinate messaging and content for events with stakeholders and partners.
• Proactively research events and measure ROI to guide planning.
