itD Tech is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing initiatives and drive audience engagement for executive and customer-focused programs. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in B2B event management or field marketing and demonstrate a proven ability to coordinate successful programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, focused on event management or field marketing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive audience acquisition for marketing events and programs.
• Plan and coordinate regional and local events (trade shows, webinars, conferences, executive briefings, roundtables).
• Draft event invitations and promotional materials to engage audiences.
• Coordinate with design teams on signage, presentations, and swag.
• Manage event logistics, including venues, vendors and budgets.
• Support ABM campaigns and communications for field sales teams.
