Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in a hands-on fellowship in Tallahassee. Fellows are employed by EWOR while they build their venture, with strong mentorship from unicorn founders and a supportive community.

You will receive intensive coaching, access to a vast network of hiring partners, and funding support to secure multi-million euro rounds within 12 months, while developing product-market fit and a scalable go-to-market engine.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as B2B
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management
• Receive support in hiring through our network to over 50,000 professionals and advice as well as best practices from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding
• Iterate your product with us until having reached product-market-fit and receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine respectively
