Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own ventures. Fellows will be employed during the program, with optional up to €500k in funding and weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders.

Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate or operate from Europe or the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in B2B spaces.
• Engage in a personalised development journey designed by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through EWOR's network of 50,000+ professionals and coaches.
• Participate in intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding rounds.
• Iterate the product to achieve product-market fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
