DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Marketer to own and execute our organic social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and other platforms.

You will develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with marketing objectives, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in managing social media for B2B brands, with BPO experience, strong copywriting, and proficiency in social media analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferred 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands; must have BPO experience.
• Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn following and engagement.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer; no visa sponsorship at this time.

• Own and execute DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop, manage, and optimize the social content calendar with consistent publishing and cross-team alignment.
• Create, curate, and oversee high-quality social content, including copy and visuals, coordinating with designers.
• Draft content to support executive thought leadership and position DATAMARK in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
• Track, analyze, and report on social performance; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
