Job summary

Devine Business Group in Idaho seeks a driven Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses and promote supplemental insurance products. You will work under mentorship, with training and growth opportunities as you take ownership of your sales path.

The role is outside direct sales, full-time, with weekly base draw pay and uncapped commissions plus performance bonuses. A health license is encouraged and reimbursed; a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed).
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital tools.
