Smox Cleaning Services seeks a motivated and driven Part-Time B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team! As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be part of an exciting start-up business focused on providing top-tier commercial cleaning services. If you're an experienced sales professional looking for flexibility and the potential for high earnings through commissions, this opportunity is for you!

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business relationships with local businesses in the Guilford County, NC area, selling our commercial cleaning services. This is a commission-only role with a tiered structure and recurring revenue incentives for long-term client retention, meaning you can earn based on your efforts, making it a great opportunity for self-motivated individuals.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Hours: Work on your schedule, with expectations of approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Commission-Based Earnings: Earn competitive commissions based on the contracts you close.
  • Recurring Revenue: Continue to earn a % of the monthly contract value for the first 12 months of any contract you close.
  • Bonuses: Monthly or quarterly bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (businesses, offices, warehouses, etc.) in the Triad area.
  • Sales Presentations and Closures: Present and sell our commercial cleaning services to decision-makers, focusing on long-term contracts.
  • Client Management: Build relationships with new clients and provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting and CRM Updates: Track sales activities, close deals, and update leads in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in a service-based industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Motivated by commission-based earnings and a passion for sales.
