Job summary

Clera in New York City is seeking a high-ownership Content Marketing Lead to shape how US-market customers discover and trust our AI voice and phone automation product. You will own the US content strategy across website, landing pages, and paid channels, collaborating with creators and customers to craft authentic messaging.

You'll run A/B tests, analyze performance, and iterate copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while helping define product positioning as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing software.
• Native or C2-level English for US market tone.
• Strong performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Experience writing paid-channel copy (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and paid social.
• Experience building organic social content strategies.
• Analytical with data, A/B tests, and performance insights.
• Experience with user research or influencers to shape messaging.
• Autonomous in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the US market, from awareness to conversion.
• Write and maintain website and landing page copy optimized for US audiences.
• Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Script ad creatives for video platforms and paid social campaigns.
• Build and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.
• Use A/B testing, analytics, and user research to improve messaging performance.
• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging as the company scales.
