Qualifications

• Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
• Data-oriented with dashboards and community health reporting.
• Experience recruiting and managing community champions or advocacy programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall community strategy and execution for growth.
• Moderate guidelines, maintain positive user experience, and escalate when needed.
• Build programming calendar: AMAs, spotlights, and thought leadership.
• Recruit and nurture champions driving organic engagement and growth.
• Welcome new members and foster a sense of community learning.
