Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking a B2B Picker / Packer for our Fort Worth fulfillment center. You will locate, pull, and stage high-volume bulk items, pack orders to retailer specifications, and apply vendor labels using RF scanners and a WMS system. This is an on-site, full-time role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Experience in warehouse operations and B2B or wholesale packing is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with reliability

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in fast-paced environments.
• 1+ years in B2B picking, bulk packing or wholesale distribution.
• Familiar with LTL/FTL freight, pallet building and vendor labeling.
• Proficient with RF scanners, WMS and shipping label software.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pull, and stage high-volume bulk items, full cases, and master cartons.
• Pack orders according to retailer requirements and correct configurations.
• Apply vendor labels and UCC-128 shipping labels.
• Build and secure pallets per tier/height specs.
• Audit shipments against packing lists and routing guides.

B2B Picker / Packer - Fort Worth

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a B2B Picker / Packer to work with ShipBob in Fort Worth. This role focuses on business-to-business fulfillment operations, handling bulk shipments, specialized compliance guidelines, and precise retailer routing requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for B2B Picker / Packer

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• 1+ years of experience in B2B picking, bulk packing, wholesale distribution, or retail compliance packing
• Familiarity with LTL/FTL freight requirements, pallet building, and vendor compliance labeling
• Proficient with handheld RF scanners, WMS inventory systems, and shipping label software
• Ability to lift, stack, and move master cartons and bulk boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

Location

Fort Worth. This position is based on-site at the fulfillment center.
