Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a B2B marketer to build the partner marketing and customer advocacy motion for ElevenAgents, our platform for deploying voice and chat agents at enterprise scale. This role spans from joint programs with technology partners to turning deployments into compelling case studies that drive future deals.

The goal is to 11x the return from partner and customer relationships, with a remote-first setup across North America and optional offices in New York or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Have run partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company.
• Are a natural storyteller and strong writer who can shape narratives for any audience.
• Understand how to build genuine advocacy at enterprise scale - identifying the right customers and partners, earning their trust, and making it easy for them to say yes.
• Can measure what you build and communicate results clearly to leadership.
• Work well without much process - this role is being built from scratch, and needs someone who sets their own priorities and moves fast.
• Bonus: Experience marketing AI agents, contact center technology, or developer tooling.
