Core Hydraulics is seeking a dynamic B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our hydraulic components business in the Orlando area. You will build accounts, drive field service follow-ups, and expand revenue across your territory.

The role offers a guaranteed base of $4,000/month for the first two months, then uncapped commission with an expected annual income of $48,000–$100,000+. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required.
• Proven B2B sales or account management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic hoses, cylinders, heavy equipment, or construction sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Core Hydraulics is searching for a dynamic, highly motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Orlando area. This role is ideal for driven individuals looking to build a career in industrial sales and business development. You will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing client accounts, following up on field services, and driving revenue growth across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads, prospect new accounts, and close deals.
• Manage customer accounts by following up on jobs, updating client data, and approving completed service invoices (supported by our dedicated Sales Assistants team).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with equipment managers and operations leaders.
• Utilize operational software (such as Service Titan and Slack) to track accounts and maintain clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Requirements

• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).
• Transportation & Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle to conduct field sales calls (Required).
• Sales Background: Proven experience or strong aptitude in B2B sales and account management.
• Industry Experience (Plus): Prior knowledge of hydraulic hoses, cylinders, heavy equipment, mechanical systems, or construction sales is a strong plus.
• Client Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
