Northern Stars Financial is seeking a motivated professional for a business-to-business outside sales role in Surprise, AZ. You will build a local book of business by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and self-employed owners.

We provide training to help you become an expert at prospecting, follow up, group enrollments, closing sales, and generating referrals.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

This is a business-to-business outside sales role.

This is primarily a new client acquisition role, building & growing a local book of business.

We train you to quickly become an expert at working with small to medium-sized businesses, their employees, and self-employed business owners in local communities.

You'll be trained on how to use our proprietary CRM to organize your daily schedule and simplify prospecting and follow up.

Within your first 30 days you'll become proficient at prospecting, follow up, setting up group enrollments, closing sales, and generating referrals

Longer term (1 year and beyond) you will shift your business focus from client acquisition to servicing existing clients and working with referrals
