Job summary

Integrity Agencies in Georgia is hiring independent insurance sales agents. You will present supplemental insurance products to individuals, businesses, and employee groups, building relationships and prospecting for new opportunities. Training and field support are provided to help you meet activity and production goals.

No prior insurance experience is required; you’ll learn a proven sales system, receive coaching, and pursue advancement opportunities as you grow your income.

The Opportunity

Our agents come from many backgrounds, including business ownership, hospitality, retail, automotive sales, customer service, and professional sales.

No insurance experience is required. We provide training, a proven sales system, coaching, and field support. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your time, following a system, hearing \"no,\" and continuing forward.

What You\'ll Do

• Present supplemental insurance products to individuals, businesses, and employee groups

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required


• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, business ownership, hospitality, retail, or another performance-driven field


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
