Job summary

Northern Stars Financial is seeking a driven B2B outside sales professional in the Phoenix area. You’ll acquire new clients, grow a local book of business, and be trained on our proprietary CRM to organize your daily schedule and prospecting efforts.

Over the first month you’ll master prospecting, follow-up, enrollment setup, closing sales, and referrals, then transition toward servicing existing clients and expanding referrals.

Qualifications

• This is a business-to-business outside sales role.
• Primarily a new client acquisition role, building & growing a local book of business.
• You’ll be trained on how to use our proprietary CRM to organize your daily schedule and prospecting.
• Within your first 30 days you’ll become proficient at prospecting, follow up, setting up group enrollments, closing sales, and generating referrals.
• Longer term (1 year and beyond) you will shift your business focus from client acquisition to servicing existing clients and working with referrals.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

This is a business-to-business outside sales role.
