RISE Financial Group is seeking a driven Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions. This outside B2B role focuses on supplemental insurance products and a clear path to leadership.

Training, licensing reimbursement, and performance-based rewards are part of the package. You will work in-person in a fast-paced team, with weekly bonuses, stock bonuses quarterly, and a strong culture of growth and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of post-high school professional experience is required or exceptions made for specialized sales backgrounds.
