Devine Business Group is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses and promote supplemental insurance products. You will work as an independent contractor with a full-time schedule and growth opportunities, guided by mentorship from top-performing professionals.

You’ll earn a weekly base draw with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses, supported by comprehensive training and development.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems and digital tools.
