Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to new businesses to promote and sell fiber internet services.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of our fiber internet services to potential customers.
  • Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues
  • Address client objections effectively and provide information to overcome potential barriers to the sale
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or internet services industry.
  • Experience with handling objections
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using various software applications and programs.
  • Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States

Technical Requirements:

This is a bring-your-own-device role. Applicants who use their PC for work must acknowledge that they owned their PC prior to applying for employment and they did not purchase the PC to become employed at SP Data Digital.

  • Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible).
  • Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM and an Intel I3 processor.
  • Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload.
  • Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem.
  • Equipment:Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training.
