Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, brand management, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Experience in contract foodservice, hospitality, dining services, or related B2B service industry preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with ability to develop polished presentations.
• Working proficiency in HubSpot, including email marketing and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate sales opportunities across Phoenix3 Collective and portfolio companies.
• Develop and update sales presentations, pitch decks, and capability materials for various opportunities.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and client events with timelines, registrations, and logistics.
• Build and manage HubSpot campaigns, lists, forms, and campaign assets; monitor performance.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets.
