We turn brands into custom brick sets. Swag that is buildable, displayable, and roughly 400-600% more exciting to receive than a branded travel mug.
Turns out a lot of marketing and HR teams are desperate for something better than the typical swag catalog. Our job is to find those people. Your job is to build the machine that finds them.
This is a demand gen role with a HubSpot habit. If you like knowing exactly which ad, email, and LinkedIn post produced which meeting, and you get a little twitchy when a CRM is full of duplicate records well then keep reading.

The short version
We turn brands into custom brick sets. Swag that is buildable, displayable, and roughly 400-600% more exciting to receive than a branded travel mug.
Turns out a lot of marketing and HR teams are desperate for something better than the typical swag catalog. Our job is to find those people. Your job is to build the machine that finds them.
This is a demand gen role with a HubSpot habit. If you like knowing exactly which ad, email, and LinkedIn post produced which meeting, and you get a little twitchy when a CRM is full of duplicate records well then keep reading.
What you'll actually do
Roughly 80% of this role is lead generation and HubSpot.
Demand & lead generation (the bulk of it)
- Own paid acquisition end to end — build, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, and manage the budget like it's your own money
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to design coordinated GTM motions for new product launches, feature releases, and segment expansions
- Run our email program: nurture sequences, cold outreach, newsletters, re-engagement, promos. Write it, build it, test it, report on it.
- Build our LinkedIn presence into an actual pipeline source — organic posting, thought leadership for leadership, and outbound social selling support
- Test new channels and kill the ones that don't work, without needing permission to run an experiment
- Build and refine landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths
HubSpot ownership
- Be the person who owns HubSpot. Not the person who uses HubSpot. Workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, list segmentation, forms, integrations — all yours.
- Keep the database clean: dedupe, enrich, standardize properties, and fix the data problems nobody else wants to look at
- Build dashboards and reports our CEO, COO, and sales team can actually read without a translator
- Make sure attribution works, so we know which channels are earning their budget
Metrics and reporting
- Own every B2B marketing number: MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, conversion rates by stage, pipeline contribution, ROAS, email engagement
- Report on performance weekly and present the story behind the numbers monthly — what's working, what isn't, what you're changing
- Set targets and be accountable to them. When something misses, we want your read on why and your plan to fix it.
The other ~20%
- Partner closely with sales on lead handoff, follow-up cadence, and enablement materials.
- Support brand and content efforts where they feed the funnel; case studies, sales collateral, website copy.
- Chip in on trade shows, events, and partnership marketing when they come up.
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years in B2B demand gen, growth, or performance marketing
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (you've built workflows, not just clicked through someone else)
- A real track record with paid social, especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- You can write! Emails, ad copy, landing pages (you don't need to route every sentence through someone else).
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards; you can get from raw numbers to "here's what we should do about it"
- Self-directed. This is a small team, so nobody's assigning you tickets.
- You have opinions about B2B marketing and can defend them cheerfully
Bonus points
- Experience marketing to marketers, HR/people teams, or event planners
- Klaviyo, Shopify, or e-commerce background
- Familiarity with ABM or outbound-heavy motions
- You already own more brick sets than you'd care to admit on a first date
Why this role is actually good
- You own a channel mix and a budget, not a slice of someone else's strategy
- Direct line to leadership — your reporting goes straight to the people making decisions
- The product is genuinely fun to market. No pretending.
- Small team, so your wins are visible and your ideas ship fast
Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 Depending on Experience
