Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional design experience; B2B experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio with design, presentation and information graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); After Effects a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint and Word skills for executive presentations.
• Excellent typography, layout and information design.
• Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback; experience with executives a plus.
• Able to learn new tools, AI tech, and adapt workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and elevate brand standards across print and digital, ensuring consistency.
• Conceptualize and design marketing materials including presentations, brochures, emails, templates.
• Translate complex information into clear visual storytelling and information graphics.
• Develop materials supporting tenant experiences, including graphics and wayfinding.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create executive PowerPoint presentations.
• Support planning and execution of photo/video shoots for assets.
• Coordinate presence at events, including conferences and tenant events.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery with clear stakeholder communication.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure successful marketing project execution.
• Develop tools, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and brand consistency.
• Maintain and organize the brand asset and content library.
• Balance multiple priorities and re-prioritize as needs evolve.
