Emergent in Beavercreek, OH seeks a Marketing & Content Specialist who will personally create graphics, videos, copy, and digital content while managing Emergent's LinkedIn and Facebook pages. You will build B2B marketing campaigns, craft recruiting content, and develop website content and landing pages to drive lead generation and sales.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing with a strong portfolio, solid Canva/Adobe skills, video shooting/editing, and experience with email marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing experience.
• Strong portfolio of work you personally created.
• Strong graphic design, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience shooting and editing video.
• Experience with social media, email marketing, and website content.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from idea through completion

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, videos, photography, copy, and digital content.
• Manage content for Emergent's LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
• Design sales collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and digital materials.
• Build B2B marketing campaigns that support prospecting, lead generation, and sales.
• Create email content that helps Sales engage and nurture prospects.
• Shoot and edit customer testimonials, associate stories, and thought‑leadership videos.
• Create recruiting content that attracts job seekers.
• Create and update website content and landing pages.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand across all channels.
• Track performance and use results to improve future content and campaigns.
