B2B Lifecycle Marketing Advisor - Hybrid

The B2B Lifecycle Marketing Advisor supports the execution of various marketing campaigns throughout the B2B lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and cross-sell. This role is responsible for executing direct marketing campaigns for Evernorth's commercial employer and health plan prospects and clients. It requires demonstrating Omnichannel marketing expertise, including inbound/outbound orchestration across paid, owned, and earned channels, with an audience-centric, digital-first focus. The individual will collaborate effectively with key partners across Marketing and Sales Strategy/Enablement through planning, activation, measurement, and reporting of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define the execution plan for assigned B2B lifecycle campaigns across Evernorth prospect and client audiences, collaborating with internal marketing stakeholders and vendor partners as appropriate.
  2. Coordinate with key resources involved in fulfilling direct marketing campaigns and tactics.
  3. Document responsibilities of various functions during campaign planning and execution.
  4. Serve as a trusted resource to Evernorth business marketers and matrix partners across Marketing COEs. Solicit feedback for improvement and share programmatic results.
  5. Work with marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend pivots based on data.
  6. Optimize campaign budgets by delivering on or under budget and communicate status to stakeholders.
  7. Provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
  8. Partner to determine demand generation metrics and how to measure success against objectives.
  9. Communicate with and educate stakeholders about demand generation programs.
  10. Advocate for testing and optimization, championing data-driven risk-taking by marketers.

Ideal Candidates Will Offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7+ years in B2B marketing program planning, management, and execution.
  • 4+ years supporting digital and direct marketing programs to drive revenue.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Tools & Automation (e.g., Adobe Suite, Demandbase).
  • Content Management skills.
  • Strategic Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work from a Cigna Group office 3 days a week.

If working remotely, internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
