Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is hiring a Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter) for an office, hybrid, or remote role with hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Earn up to $45k-55k base plus uncapped commission and enjoy monthly bonuses, PTO, sick time, and holidays.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, engage via multiple channels, and manage CRM activity to qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for Outside Sales.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound activity.
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
• Experience in facility services or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media; support outbound campaigns.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Track outreach in CRM and hand off warm leads to Outside Sales.
