Job summary

BCS Stone & Cabinets Orlando Inc. is seeking a Designer and Sales Consultant to support builders, fabricators, contractors, remodelers, dealers, distributors, and other trade accounts.

The role centers on design consultations, cabinetry layouts using 2020 Design, inbound inquiries, quotes, and converting discussions into sales orders. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in cabinet design or B2B sales, strong design and communication skills, and fluency in English; on-site showroom/warehouse

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of cabinet design, kitchen & bath design, showroom sales, design sales, or other B2B sales roles.
• Hands-on experience with 2020 Design is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, measurements, and project layouts.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry, layouts, kitchen/bath design principles, construction basics, and product specs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, follow-up, lead conversion, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Use 2020 Design to develop cabinet layouts, design concepts, project drawings, and related support.
• Consult with trade customers to understand project scope, layout needs, product selections, measurements, budgets, timelines, and design expectations.
• Convert design consultations, requests, leads, and inquiries into quotes, estimates, and sales orders.
• Prepare accurate estimates and timely follow-ups, with a 24-hour quote turnaround when info is complete.
• Recommend cabinetry, countertops, stone, and related products based on project requirements and inventory.
• Follow up on revisions, quote changes, and pending decisions to move opportunities toward order confirmation.
• Re-engage dormant trade accounts and proactively follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
