Job summary

Avantor in Delaware seeks a B2B Technical Project Manager to lead customer integration projects across the lifecycle, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable P2P and O2C integrations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience in B2B integrations, eCommerce, or eProcurement.
• Experience managing technical integration projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with customer eProcurement platforms such as Ariba Network, JAGGAER, Coupa, Oracle Supplier Network, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Avantor, customers, and internal teams for B2B integration initiatives.
• Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment and closeout.
• Partner with customers to understand business requirements, technical capabilities, and integration needs.
• Develop and improve standardized B2B integration procedures and implementation practices.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements in systems and integrations.
