Job summary

Devine Business Group, a business-to-business insurance sales team, seeks an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to build and nurture relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and guide them through selecting the right insurance solutions.

You'll meet sales targets in a supportive environment that offers a weekly draw, uncapped commissions from day one, licensing reimbursement, and a structured path into leadership as you grow.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional experience (post-high school); candidates within 3 months of completing their degree or with relevant outside sales experience will be considered.
• Growth mindset with a positive, driven attitude.
• Licensing for Health & Life insurance is not required to apply, but it must be obtained to perform the job (licensing reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses through outreach, networking, and consultations to identify their insurance needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while developing skills in negotiation, communication, and closing deals.
• Take initiative in learning and growing alongside a supportive team, collaborating to refine strategies and continuously improve through shared growth.
