Devine Business Group is hiring an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to build and nurture relationships with small to medium-sized businesses. You will guide clients through selecting insurance solutions while striving to meet and exceed sales targets in a supportive team.

You’ll be involved in outreach, networking, and consultations, with a focus on negotiation, communication, and closing deals. Growth opportunities and mentorship accompany a practical, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or at least 2 years of professional experience (post-high school) considered.
• Growth mindset with a positive, driven attitude.
• Licensing not required to apply, but must be obtained to perform the job (licensing reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses through outreach, networking, and consultations to identify their insurance needs.
