Devine Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to build relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and guide them to suitable insurance solutions.

You'll work with a supportive team, set and exceed sales targets, and pursue licensing and ongoing training with mentorship. This full-time role offers a short sales cycle and uncapped commissions.

Pay ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, with licensing reimbursement and rapid path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Growth mindset with a positive, driven attitude.
• Licensing reimbursement provided; license not required to apply but must be obtained to perform the job.
