Job summary

Summit is seeking an Entry Level Direct Sales Associate to connect with business owners and key decision-makers at SMBs. After training, you will independently manage your sales territory, engage clients, and showcase Summit's insurance solutions.

You will initiate and close sales on the spot and schedule follow-ups to maintain client commitment and satisfaction. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, responsible, team-oriented, and resilient, with a drive to hit ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Background in retail or transitioning from the military.
• Willingness to work in a direct sales role with SMBs.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses within your territory.
• Build relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental benefits programs and schedule follow-ups.
• Report daily sales stats and weekly goals to team leader.
• Enter client data into CRM weekly.
