Sunpan is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our North American sales team in the United States. You will build relationships with B2B trade clients, drive recurring revenue, and support showroom and trade show operations.

In collaboration with executive leadership, you will combine product expertise with top-tier customer experience to convert opportunities into lasting partnerships. 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on sales experience in B2B home furnishings or commercial trade sales.
• A sharp eye for design trends to effectively consult with professional buyers.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record managing pipelines and meeting targets.
• Polished verbal and written communication with strong phone/e-mail etiquette.
• Exceptional organization and agility to prioritize high-volume wholesale tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by hitting monthly targets and upselling to new and existing customers in US territories.
• Follow up on trade show and marketing leads, aiming to convert at least 20% into orders.
• Identify and nurture prospective accounts through calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership on revenue targets and product launches.
• Provide showroom support, tours, and seamless order processing for trade clients.
• Deliver post-event reports on leads, orders, and conversion metrics.
