Sunpan is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced North American sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the front lines of expanding our market footprint—building meaningful relationships with B2B trade clients, driving recurring revenue, and supporting high-profile showroom and trade show operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on sales experience in B2B home furnishings, interior design, or commercial trade sales.
• Sharp eye for design trends and high-end interiors to consult with professional buyers and designers.
• Results-oriented with proven ability to manage pipelines, handle objections, and hit sales targets.
• Polished, articulate communication skills with strong telephone and email etiquette.
• Strong organization and time-management to prioritize high-volume tasks in a fast-moving wholesale environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or major ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: hit and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive account outreach and upselling across new and existing customers.
• Lead Conversion: follow up on trade show and marketing leads to convert qualified prospects into orders (target ~20%).
• Territory Expansion: identify and nurture prospective accounts via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits with approval.
• Strategic Alignment: collaborate with Senior Sales Leadership on quarterly revenue targets and product launches.
• End-to-End Service: serve as trusted advisor to interior designers, retailers, and commercial buyers with rapid, solution-oriented support.
