Job summary

Quince is seeking a Support Specialist in the United States to drive transactional B2B revenue as a dedicated client concierge. You will manage quote-to-delivery cycles for corporate gifting and merch, ensuring accuracy in HubSpot and alignment with supply timelines.

You will become a product expert on embroidery, screen print, and customization, partnering with Operations to meet client expectations while delivering a seamless self-service experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a sales support, account management, or retail operations role.
• Experience in promotional products, gifting, or apparel industry is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with a high-touch approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate gifting and merch orders.
• Maintain data in HubSpot as the single source of truth.
• Develop product knowledge and understand customization options.
