Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in marketing or prepaid payments.
• 1+ year in B2B prepaid field.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B Gift Card marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Develop a comprehensive gift card program plan with internal and external partners.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
• Bridge B2B and B2C efforts to grow gift card awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with Store Ops, Finance, and other partners to drive program growth.
• Represent Ulta at industry events and conferences.
