Job summary

Aventon, a company passionate about electric bicycles, is seeking a Field Sales Rep to enhance partner relationships and drive sales. The role requires a motivated self-starter with experience in sales and knowledge of e-bikes.

You will guide partner bike shops through the sales process, enter orders, and provide training to ensure product knowledge. Strong communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of e-bikes is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Aventon brand product line and proactively reach out to partners.
• Provide ongoing training to partner’s team on product knowledge.
• Document feedback from partners and assist in continuous improvement.
• Generate revenue to meet goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
