Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business development in First Aid and Safety. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs and work toward a sales quota while transporting product samples for demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or completion of a Cintas sales training program.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory to drive opportunities.
• Gather business intelligence to support sales calls and presentations.
• Maintain solid base salary with commission potential.
• Manage extensive car package (lease/gas/insurance/maintenance).
• Earn monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.
• Complete a 12-week sales training program.
• Utilize tablet and AirCard for presentations.
• Participate in annual recognition events.
