You will help with materials, reporting, and post-event follow-ups while managing budgets and procurement for scalable campaigns. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in B2B marketing for software, strong Excel skills, and experience with Google Suite,

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing events for a B2B software company or related internship.
• Preference for candidates near Toronto, Canada.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Canva, Excel; used on Mac systems.
• Strong spreadsheet discipline and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Canada-wide marketing activities and CMEG events.
• Assist with webinars, workshops, large in-person events, and sponsorships.
• Maintain sales enablement materials and reporting.
• Support pre- and post-event activities and regular partner communications.
• Streamline procurement tracking and budget oversight.
• Document program deliverables to ensure scalability and repeatability.
• Travel to events as needed.
