Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers to join our Tinley Park team, serving businesses throughout the local area. You’ll work directly with business owners to review electricity and natural gas supply plans, compare options, and recommend solutions that fit their business needs.

You’ll primarily manage existing customer relationships while continuing to grow your portfolio through new business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
