Job summary

Sorren seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and measure inbound digital campaigns supporting Sorren’s growth goals. You will manage campaign execution across paid ads, paid social, retargeting, landing pages, organic social, email nurturing, and lead capture strategies, while owning HubSpot setup, tracking, workflows, attribution, and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing experience, excellent writing and project management skills, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strong HubSpot and WordPress experience required.
• Experience with inbound marketing, paid digital campaigns, landing pages, retargeting, email nurturing, and reporting.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, advisory or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inbound digital campaigns that generate qualified leads for Sorren’s core and specialty service lines.
• Manage paid ads, paid social, retargeting, landing pages, organic social, email nurturing, and lead capture strategies.
• Own HubSpot campaign setup, tracking, workflows, attribution, and reporting.
• Build dashboards and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Develop industry-specific messaging and campaigns based on ideal client profiles and buyer pain points.
