ContiTech is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to support industrial customers across North America. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, orders, claims, and deliveries while coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or Salesforce experience and knowledge of logistics processes

Qualifikationen

• Background in customer service or customer operations (1 year).
• Experience in high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, orders, returns, claims, refunds, and delivery requests.
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer communications through CRM and other systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants, logistics, planners, and sales to support customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
