ASI Group, headquartered in Yonkers, is seeking a B2B Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for Division 10 Products. You will service existing accounts, process orders, and provide pricing and delivery information while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Prior BUSINESS TO BUSINESS Customer Service experience is a MUST
• Computer literacy with ability to learn and use computer programs
• Knowledge of general office equipment (copiers, phones, printers)
• Strong English reading, writing and spelling abilities

Responsabilités

• Service existing accounts, process orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve business performance
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and routing to appropriate source
• Maintain broad knowledge of products and services
• Obtain and evaluate information to handle product inquiries
• Participate in meetings to improve customer satisfaction
• Assist in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other duties as assigned

ASI Group is seeking aB2B CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVEfor Division 10 Products to work in our corporate headquarters in Yonkers.

We are seeking a friendly, positive, up-beat individual who will proactively:

• Service existing accounts, process orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• Organize work flow to meet customer timeframes
• Provide outstanding customer service support to better service customers and improve business performance
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and route requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source
• Maintain broad knowledge of products and services
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Assist in developing and maintaining long term relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other duties as assigned

In order to succeed, you will need:
