The Role:

As our B2B Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial clients in Phoenix and beyond. Your primary focus will be securing service agreements, long-term contracts, and HVAC maintenance agreements with REITs, property management companies, and large commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales through long-term contracts and maintenance agreements, focusing on both commercial properties and residential changeouts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing HVAC needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Leverage your existing network and generate leads through outreach to REITs, property management companies, and commercial clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored HVAC solutions and securing multi-year service agreements and maintenance contracts.
  • Autonomous Sales Cycle: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Work from Home: Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule and working remotely, managing your workday to optimize productivity and work-life balance. I may be open to convincing but currently don't think the job can be done the best from outside the territory. Remote, yes, but not from states away.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets with a focus on long-term business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Success: 5+ years of experience in B2B HVAC sales or a related industry with a focus on long-term contracts and service agreements.
  • Established Book of Business: A strong network within the property management, REIT, and commercial HVAC market.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, results-driven environment. You take ownership of your success and proactively pursue new business.
  • Strong Negotiator: A natural at contract negotiation, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Customer-Centric: Focused on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the success of long-term partnerships.
  • Flexible & Adaptive: Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule while achieving sales goals.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 during the ramp-up period (first 6–12 months)
  • OTE: $150,000+ (Base + Commission)
    • Uncapped Commissions: Competitive commission structure up to 15% for service agreements and long-term contracts.
    • Accelerators: Higher commission rates for multi-year agreements and long-term contracts.
    • Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for exceeding sales goals and retention targets.
