Job summary

Bottleless Nation seeks an Outside B2B Account Executive for the Western St Louis market. You will identify and win new business, present premium water solutions, and manage relationships from prospect to close. Travel locally and maintain CRM records.

The role is commission-driven with a base salary, generous bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and ongoing training. Prior outside B2B sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Bottleless Nation is seeking an Outside B2B Account Executive for our Western St Louis market

Our Account Executives are responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, cultivating relationships, and driving customer acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting client meetings, delivering tailored presentations, securing free trials, closing new business, managing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability and business impact by helping organizations transition to eco-friendly, premium water solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Local travel to potential prospects in our Western St Louis market and the surrounding areas.
• Actively present our company and premium products to new businesses.
• Physically cold call companies within your territory.
• Follow up on company provided and self-generated leads and referrals.
• Update CRM, complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Essential Requirements:

• Self-starter with solid prospecting skills. This is a “Hunter" role.
• Personable, Energetic, Tenacious, and Commission-Driven.
• Activity-Minded, with solid planning and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation, Valid Driver’s License
• Outside B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required, College degree preferred
