Description

Hillcrest Aircraft is looking for experienced Bell 407 and Bell 205 fire pilots wanting a full-time, long-term, position with one of the nation’s leading operators.

We are also looking for tour pilots for the 2026 season from beginning of April through the beginning of November. Possible advancement for the right candidate(s).

History

Hillcrest Aircraft has been around since 1956 and are the oldest Bell Helicopter Service Center in North America with the addition of a new avionics sector to include Avidyne and Garmin authorized dealer. We operate a fleet of Bell 505, Bell 407 (including HP/GX), and Bell 205 A-1++ aircraft.

Our fixed-wing fleet includes a Cessna 206, Cessna 210, and Pilatus PC-12 that are utilized for maintenance support and crew relief when available.

Job Requirements:

Utility Position-

• Commercial Pilot License or ATP
• 100 Hours in Make/Model
• 100 Hours Vertical Reference/External Load (50 hr in make/model or equivalent)
• 200 Hours Mountain Flying (above 5,000′ DA)
• Previous DOI/USFS carding with fire experience

Helicopter and Fixed-wing 135 Operator. Full Service FBO, 145 Repair Station, Bell Service Center
