A technician capable of diagnosing and repairing most systems of the automobile, with little guidance or support from an A-Tech, Shop Foreman, or Team Leader. Efficient and effective at on-the-job learning to apply to new vehicles and technology when concerns arise. Improved diagnostic skills through training & experience, and competent in complex mechanical repairs.

We are currently looking for Automotive B-Technicians with advanced skill levels and leadership experience.

As a Technician with Vision, your duties will include the following but are not limited to:

1. Effectively communicate with your service team, other dealership personnel, and customers.
2. Stay current with all factory training and technical updates.
3. Keep your work area clean and organized daily, adhering to management and OSHA standards.
4. Accurately diagnose customer concerns using all available resources.
5. Obtain accurate repair quotes for labor and parts, including availability.
6. Perform proper quality control on all repairs.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 4-7 years of mechanical experience.
• NYS Automotive Inspectors License required.

Full-time position with a 5-day work week (details discussed at interview).

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. This program allows technicians with recognized industry training to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led courses if they meet specific requirements.
