Job summary

Steele Hyundai Kyle is seeking a capable automotive technician to diagnose and repair most vehicle systems with minimal guidance. You will learn on the job, applying new vehicles and technology as concerns arise, and improve diagnostic skills through hands-on training and experience in a state-of-the-art dealership.

The role offers a full-time schedule in a modern shop with a supportive leadership team focused on your growth within the Hyundai Kyle facility.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair most systems of the automobile with little guidance.
• On-the-job learning to apply knowledge to new vehicles and technology.
• Improved diagnostic skills through training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems in a fully equipped shop.
• Learn and apply Hyundai and OEM training to repair procedures.
• Collaborate with a leadership team to ensure quality workmanship.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
