Job summary

Rick Case Automotive Group is seeking career-minded mainline technicians for a full‑time position. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems with little guidance, and you will gain on‑the‑job learning and Hyundai training equivalency support to handle new vehicles and technologies.

Compensation is based on experience and production with longevity bonuses and growth opportunities, in a company focused on quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–3 years experience in automotive repair.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing most automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems with minimal guidance.
• Learn new vehicles and technologies on the job.
• Perform repairs to Hyundai and other OEM specifications as needed.

Efficient and effective at on the job learning to applyto new vehicles and technology when concerns arise. Improved diagnostic skills through training & experience,and competent in complex mechanical repairs.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
